Online classes, wherever you are

No class near you. Evenings that are already full. Or the in-person group is full. Sound familiar? That’s exactly what the online classes are for.

You join from your own living room, at a fixed time each week. And if you can’t make it one week, you simply watch the class later. That way you keep practising, even in busy weeks.

What participants experience

“I’ve been coming to Wendy’s Tai Chi classes with great pleasure for years. I started when I burned out from taking on too much. After the trial class I was hooked straight away. It was the kind of movement that suited me perfectly. Wendy’s classes are a unique blend of structure and freedom, which makes the flow a really intense experience.”
Sana Valiulina
Weekly class participant
“For me, a lovely reintroduction to Tai Chi! The setting was really atmospheric and Wendy welcomed us all very warmly. Her instructions were clear and used few words. Magical to do the exercises together like that, in the twilight and under the light of the moon.”
Aggy Langedijk
Full moon evening participant

Tai Chi and Qigong aren’t a one-off trick. It’s about settling into an exercise, week after week. The more often you practise, the more you land. That’s why I work with a monthly membership: it lets you truly build something, rather than dropping into the odd class every now and then.

What do you need? Hardly anything

A space of about two by two metres, comfortable clothing and a laptop, tablet or phone. Position your screen so you can see me clearly. If standing isn’t possible for a while, you can do many of the exercises seated.

Nice to have: flat, flexible shoes or socks with grip. You’ll find Tai Chi shoes in the shop.

Laptop, tablet or phone

About 2 x 2 metres of space

A chair, if you need one

Questions about online classes

Yes, the classes are suitable for every level. I explain everything step by step and you move within your own range.

If you turn your camera on, yes, and then I can help you too. If you’d rather take part anonymously, just leave it off. Both are absolutely fine.

For seven days after the live class. So you can catch up on a class you missed or repeat an exercise.

Monthly, with one click in your account or by sending an email. You then stop paying from the following month.

Online, securely via iDEAL or credit card. The membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.

In your personal class area. As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive an email with the link. There you’ll find the Zoom link, the recordings and practice material.

A laptop, tablet or phone with internet access and the free Zoom app. A bigger screen is nicer, but not essential.

Of course, take a look at the weekly classes. If the group is full, you can start online in the meantime and join the waiting list.

Start this week with your first class

Join a class for free and feel what it’s like to land in your body at home. Then decide in your own time.

You don’t need to be able to do anything. You can’t get it wrong, only differently.
