1. General

These terms apply to all classes, workshops, retreats, corporate training, memberships and orders of Tai Chi Tao Nederland, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 67857205, VAT NL001960629B70.

2. Trial class

A trial class is free and without obligation, online or in a group with places available.

3. Weekly classes and blocks of classes

The weekly classes are sold in blocks of ten. You pay for the block in advance. There is a summer break in July and August.

4. Missed classes and making them up

A missed class is not refunded, but you can make it up in another group within the same season, by arrangement and as long as there is room.

5. Monthly online membership

The online membership is paid monthly in advance and renews automatically. You can cancel each month; cancellation takes effect from the following month. Recordings of live classes are available for seven days and are for personal use only.

6. Workshops, events and retreats

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the start. After that a refund is no longer possible, but you are welcome to send someone in your place. If there are too few sign-ups or the weather is bad, an activity may be rescheduled; you will then get your money back or a new date.

7. Private lessons

A private lesson costs €69 per hour. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

8. Corporate training

For corporate training and workshops for organisations, you will receive a tailored proposal. Rates exclude VAT and travel expenses.

9. Shop

You can return ordered products within 14 days of receipt, unworn and in the original packaging. Digital products and used gift cards are excluded. A gift card is valid for one year.

10. Personal responsibility

Participation is at your own risk. Tai Chi and Qigong are not a substitute for medical care. If you have health complaints or are under treatment, consult your GP and let me know in advance.
